San Jose City District Jail

Isang malaking pasasalamat ang ipinapaabot ng BJMP San Jose City District Jail, sa ilalim ng pamumuno ni JCINSP RANDY A DUPILAS, Acting District Jail Warden, kay Ma'am Alma Dela Cruz at sa kanyang buong pamilya.

Nitong nakaraang April 18, 2026, hinandugan nila ng masasarap at nakakabusog na food packs ang ating mga PDL. Hindi lang pagkain ang inyong dinala, kundi pati na rin ang saya at pag-asa sa bawat isa. Ang inyong food packs ay higit pa sa pagkain, ito ay simbolo ng pag-alala at malasakit para sa kanila.

Kami ay nagdarasal ng patuloy na pagpapala para sa inyong pamilya. Maraming salamat muli sa pagiging katuwang namin sa pagpapakita ng malasakit!

Under the leadership of JCINSP RANDY A DUPILAS, Acting District Jail Warden, the San Jose City District Jail conducted a fi****ms proficiency training at Lian’s Firing Range.

This activity reinforced discipline, precision, and tactical readiness among personnel, sharpening their capability to respond effectively in the line of duty.

The training was made more effective through the assistance of the STAR Team members and Sir Benjie Mamaed, Professional Shooter.

It was further realized through the valuable support of the Local Government Unit of San Jose City, headed by Hon. James F. Violago, City Mayor.

San Jose City District Jail remains steadfast in strengthening capability, ensuring preparedness, and upholding the highest standards of public safety.

Earlier today at exactly 9:00 AM, a successful 𝐉𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐲𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 was carried out at the 𝑺𝒂𝒏 𝑱𝒐𝒔𝒆 𝑪𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝑫𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒊𝒄𝒕 𝑱𝒂𝒊𝒍 in coordination with the 𝐏𝐍𝐏 𝐒𝐚𝐧 𝐉𝐨𝐬𝐞.

The activity was conducted under the direct supervision of 𝐉𝐂𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐏 𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐘 𝐀 𝐃𝐔𝐏𝐈𝐋𝐀𝐒, Acting District Jail Warden, ensuring strict compliance with operational procedures and security protocols.

This initiative highlights the continued commitment of our law enforcement agencies to maintain a safe, secure, and orderly environment within our facilities.

At the break of dawn, 5:30 AM today, the personnel of the 𝐒𝐚𝐧 𝐉𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭 𝐉𝐚𝐢𝐥 took part in their 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐡𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐓𝐞𝐬𝐭—pushing beyond limits and reinforcing their readiness to serve at all times.

Under the leadership of 𝐉𝐂𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐏 𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐘 𝐀 𝐃𝐔𝐏𝐈𝐋𝐀𝐒, Acting District Jail Warden, the activity stands as a testament to the discipline, resilience, and unity that define the team.

The activity was facilitated by the dedicated Jail Nurses led by 𝐉𝐎𝟑 𝐊𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐌 𝐉𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐚, Chief, Health Unit—ensuring the safety, well-being, and proper monitoring of all personnel throughout the test.

KANTAHAN SA LOOBAN & AWARDING OF BEST DORM OF THE MONTH

Under the steadfast guidance of JCINSP RANDY A DUPILAS, Acting District Jail Warden, voices once confined found freedom in melody as this facility thru it's Welfare and Development section led by JO3 Gretchen A Zarate conducted Kantahan sa Looban.

Within walls built to restrain, songs rose, echoing strength, hope, and unbreakable spirit. Each note carried stories of resilience, each performance a testament that even in limitation, dignity and talent endure.

In the same breath, excellence was honored through the Awarding of the Best Dorm of the Month, recognizing discipline, unity, and the collective will to rise above circumstance.

For in every voice heard and every dorm recognized, one truth remains clear, transformation begins within, and even behind bars, greatness finds its way to be seen and celebrated.

On this Maundy Thursday, we are reminded of the values of humility, service, and unconditional love. May we follow His example by extending kindness and compassion to others. 🤍

Under the steadfast leadership and spiritual guidance of our District Jail Warden, JCINSP RANDY A DUPILAS, we stand witness to the truth that grace penetrates even the thickest walls. This Holy Week, we claim the promise of renewal.

Our Path of Penance and Praise included Palm Sunday which is recognizing Christ as the King of our hearts and our future. The Pabasa, proclaiming the Passion with voices united in repentance and resilience. The Stations of the Cross, walking the way of sorrows to find the ultimate strength in sacrifice. We are not defined by our past or our surroundings, but by the hope of the Resurrection.

In this facility, faith is our fortress and transformation is our mission. We honor the discipline of the season and the leadership that makes this spiritual growth possible.

Walls may confine the body, but through Christ, the spirit is set free.

The flow of our water dictates the health of our future, and we refuse to let that lifeline be choked by neglect.

We are standing at the water's edge today not just to clean, but to reclaim the purity of the veins that sustain our community.

A waterway is a reflection of the people who live beside it, and today we choose to reflect strength, respect, and restoration.
