Open House Session – MIS Attendance Compliance & Staff Sensitization

In line with the directives of HQ ML&C, the CEO, Chaklala Cantonment Board convened an Open House session to reinforce compliance with the MIS Attendance System and enhance institutional discipline. The session focused on sensitizing staff regarding the operational importance of real-time attendance monitoring and its direct linkage with payroll processing.

Key highlights included a detailed briefing on the disciplinary framework under the Pakistan Cantonments Servants Rules, 1954, particularly the consequences of unauthorized absence, non-compliance, and failure to adhere to approved leave protocols.

The CEO underscored the need for a performance-driven culture anchored in accountability, integrity, and service excellence. Employees were directed to ensure strict adherence to attendance procedures without exception.

The forum also served as a feedback mechanism, enabling staff to raise operational concerns, particularly issues related to inadvertent absentee marking on the MIS platform. These inputs will be reviewed to streamline system efficiency and minimize discrepancies.

This initiative reaffirms CCB’s strategic focus on transparency, governance, and employee engagement through proactive institutional dialogue.
