We provide fitness programmes, social gatherings, and cognitively stimulating activities, to enhance overall quality of life for senior citizens.

Let’s celebrate Deepavali together! 🪔 We bring back Movie Matinee this November with the box office breaking, highest grossing Indian film of all time worldwide, “Dangal”by film icon, Aamir Khan on November 19th. ✨ 💜 ✨ And on Tuesday November 10, we are featuring a Knowledge Sharing of world travels in photography by our members, “A Pictorial Essay: Through Our Lens,” followed by an Indian vegetarian buffet lunch sponsored by Rotary Club of Marina City.

Strength Training for Men Above 60 officially kicks off in November! Taking place on Tuesdays from 2.15pm to 3.15pm, get ready and get strong! 💪🏻 (Maximum 12 participants)

你最珍贵, 爱情的恰恰, 金包銀 were sung with gusto at a recent FRCS AAC party 🥳. Our most passionate, commited and loyal seniors were treated to an afternoon of karaoke singing at Darts Legend on Friday October 2, 2026.

💕 Thank you all Ukulele Performing Interest Group Players, 🎸 Sports Stacking 2026 silver medalists team, 🥈 and Senior Sports Games players for your support, loyalty, friendship and trust in us! More success to you and FRCS AAC next year! 👏🏻 🎤

Volunteers found last Friday’s (October 9th, 2026) session extra special, as they glimpsed at old black and white photos from the seniors’ youth and learned a little about life in the 1950’s, 60s and 70’s.
Our NUS volunteer students doing a uni module of community service showed creativity and did a good job these last 9 weeks showing they can work as a team around centre parameters, limitations, and with a population of older adults, some who have mobility, seeing, or hearing issues. It’s been a joy to see you on Fridays❣️

Tomorrow, we celebrate the rich lives of our seniors by looking at their pictures from their youth and exchanging stories, in the guessing game, Memory Lane: Guess Who I Was When I Was Young.

This brought back happy memories of carrying cellophane wrapped animal lanterns by candlelight in the early evening of Mid-Autumn Festival. 🌕 There were several Van Goghs who loved the painting activity very much! Thank you, Rotary Club Of Suntec City.
