🇺🇸❤️ Cedarbrook Fountain Hill spent the end of May feeling very patriotic! ❤️🇺🇸

Residents enjoyed creating beautiful fireworks-themed artwork 🎆🎨 and reflecting on the meaning of service, sacrifice, and remembrance.

We were honored to welcome members of the Lehigh Valley Fleet Reserve Branch 115, who presented several meaningful ceremonies, including:
🇺🇸 An explanation of the POW/MIA Flag and silhouettes
🪑 The Empty Chair Ceremony
🚩 The 13 Folds of the American Flag, accompanied by special readings

These moving presentations provided residents and team members with an opportunity to learn, reflect, and honor those who have served our country. ❤️🤍💙

✨🎶 Sock Hop Fun at Cedarbrook Allentown! 🎶✨
Our residents had a rockin’ good time at our 50s-themed Sock Hop—a wonderful collaborative event between Restorative and Life Enrichment! 💃🕺
With lively music, dancing, and plenty of smiles, everyone enjoyed stepping back in time to celebrate the golden era of rock and roll. From classic tunes to great company, it was a day filled with joy, laughter, and unforgettable memories. 🎵❤️

🌻🚜🌷 Cedarbrook Fountain Hill had a wonderful social visit from Family Pillars Hospice last week! 🌷🚜🌻

During our Farm & Garden Theme Week 🌱🪴, residents enjoyed creating beautiful “Farm Fresh Bouquets” 💐🌼🌸 while spending time together, sharing smiles 😊💛, and enjoying some sweet treats 🍪🧁🍓 — all generously provided by Family Pillars!

🎣🌞 Fishing Season is Here at Cedarbrook Allentown! 🌞🎣
We’re excited to share that fishing season has officially begun here at Cedarbrook Allentown! Our pond has been freshly stocked, and residents are already reeling in their first catches of the season. 🐟
It’s been wonderful to see everyone out by the water, soaking up the sunshine, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere, and sharing smiles along the way. There’s nothing quite like a relaxing day by the pond with a fishing pole and good company!
Here’s to many more great catches and beautiful days ahead! 🌿💙

🌸🌼 Cedarbrook Fountain Hill Celebrated National Skilled Nursing Care Week! 🌼🌸

Last week, an incredible celebration took place here at Cedarbrook Fountain Hill as we honored National Skilled Nursing Care Week! 🎉💐 This year’s theme, Moments in Bloom, truly came to life through every smile 😊, laugh 😂, and special connection 💛 made along the way.

From fun-filled activities, including our Tie-Dye Moments where residents created beautiful zippered pouches 🎨👜, to exciting giveaways 🎁✨ that added a little extra joy, and daily Spirit Days featuring Vintage Day 👗🕶️, each day was packed with meaningful moments for our residents 🏡, families 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦, and staff 👏🌷

The week also included delicious treats for our team members 🍦🥞, including a visit from an ice cream truck 🚚🍨 and a special breakfast 🥓☕ to show appreciation for all of their hard work and dedication. 💛👏

The week served as a beautiful reminder that it’s the small moments — laughter with friends 💕, shared stories 📖, and time spent together 🤝 — that help us all bloom where we’re planted 🌻🌱

A heartfelt thank you 💛🌟 to our amazing staff for making this week so special, and to our residents and families for being the heart ❤️ of everything we do.

🎉🌸 Cedarbrook Fountain Hill has had an amazing start to May! 🇲🇽✨ Residents enjoyed our festive Cinco de Mayo celebration hosted by our Spanish Committee, complete with fun, food, and celebration! 🎶🌮

We also welcomed the Lehigh Valley Military Affairs Council for a special Memorial Day trivia event filled with prizes, memories, and patriotic fun 🇺🇸🎖️.

Our Garden Group with Krissy was a blooming success as residents created beautiful bouquets together 🌷💐, and creativity continued during Crafty Corner where stylish hats and ties were designed with flair 👒👔. The handmade creations were then proudly featured during our wonderful Mother’s Day Fashion Show 💖✨!

🌸 Mother’s Day Celebration at Cedarbrook Allentown 🌸
Our Cedarbrook Allentown residents celebrated Mother’s Day in style with a delightful fashion show filled with smiles, laughter, and plenty of flair! 💃✨ From elegant outfits to confident walks down the runway, our residents truly shined and enjoyed every moment of this special celebration honoring mothers and mother figures.
Thank you to everyone who helped make this day so memorable—and to our amazing residents, who remind us every day what grace and joy look like. 💐💖
