As we close another remarkable League year, we pause to celebrate and say thank you.
Thank you to our members who gave their time, talents, and hearts in service to our community. Thank you to our volunteers and committee leaders who turned ideas into impact. Thank you to our 2025-26 Board of Directors for their leadership, vision, and dedication throughout the year. Thank you to our community partners, sponsors, donors, and supporters who believe in our mission and make our work possible. Thank you to our President, Amy Settemeyer Miller, for spending countless late nights and long days this year serving the League with her incredibly dedicated and thoughtful guidance.
Together, we celebrated milestones, strengthened programs, launched new initiatives, developed leaders, and expanded our impact across Central Texas. From Food In Tummies and Kids In Cool Shoes to A Christmas Affair, Austin Entertains, Coats for Kids, and countless volunteer efforts, every success was the result of people coming together in service.
Most importantly, thank you to our 2,300+ members whose commitment to leadership, volunteerism, and community impact continues to shape a stronger future for Austin.
As we turn the page to a new League year, we do so with gratitude for all we accomplished together and excitement for what lies ahead.
Here's to another year of developing women leaders and improving our community.

From a handful of women in 1901 to 2,300+ members serving Austin today.
The Junior League started with one idea: women can organize to serve their communities. In 1934, Austin women brought that mission home. In 1975, A Christmas Affair® launched what would become the largest Junior League fundraiser in the country. And in 2026, JLA opened the doors of the Community Impact Center — a new home built for the next century of service.
The mission hasn't changed, and we are proud of over a century of service.

May is National Volunteer Month — and for JLA members, volunteering isn't something that happens once a year.
The Junior League of Austin contributes around 160,000 volunteer hours to Austin every year. Coat drives, food programs, shoe fittings, community partnerships. Month after month, our members show up.
This May, we're celebrating every woman who makes that possible!
