Today, GWFC held a large scale bus extrication drill and invited Lower Mt Bethel Sandt's Eddy Fire Company, Knowlton Twp. Fire and Rescue Company #1 - Station 41, Mountain Lake Fire Company- 72 Fire, and Oxford Volunteer Fire Department to participate with us. During this drill, we split all 5 companies into 4 different groups, requiring members from different departments to work together with each other to accomplish their tasks. We would like to say a huge thank you to Madison from Quantifi Media for spending the morning with us and capturing these pictures from the drill. We would also like to thank our members, and the members from the departments that we invited for taking time out of their Sunday morning to work with us. We look forward to continuing to work with our mutual aid departments in the future!

Our 2026 Mailer Fun Drive has officially been mailed out! This year we have added a QR code to our letters for those who no longer own check books (yes millennials were looking at you 😉) to still be able to donate. This year we are focusing our fundraising efforts on raising $30,000 to put towards new sets of gear for our members.

The members of the Good Will Fire Company appreciate each and every donation that we receive from you, the people of our community, who we are honored to protect and serve.

GWFC traveling abroad?! This week fire fighter Barnes is in Germany for work and got to exchange some memorabilia with firefighter Christoph from the village of Schwegenhein, Germany. They got to exchange t-shirts and patches of each other’s departments. We’re excited to welcome home a patch from Schwegenhein, as well as have ours forever in Germany! 🇺🇸🇩🇪

On September 18th while in Wildwood for Firemen’s Convention, our members had the opportunity to meet with New Jersey American Water after being awarded one of their grants earlier this year! We met with some of their grant team, comprised mostly of first responders/family of first responders, and were able to discuss with them how we are already putting the grant to use. With the money they awarded us, we were able to purchase hoods and gloves for our members, to continue to ensure the safety of our members while on calls. We appreciate the support of NJAW and look forward to applying for their grants again in the future!
