🦃❤️ HELP US MAKE THANKSGIVING SPECIAL! ❤️🦃

Thanksgiving is a time to reflect on our blessings and come together to support neighbors who may be facing challenges.

At Kings Harvest Ministries, we are grateful for the generosity of our community. Each year, we serve approximately 150 people at our Thanksgiving meal, offering a warm meal and a welcoming place to gather. Through our food bank, we also provide grocery bags for families preparing Thanksgiving dinner at home.

🦃 WE INVITE YOU TO HELP! 🦃

We are collecting:

* Turkeys
* Stuffing and potatoes
* Canned green beans
* Cream of mushroom soup
* French’s crispy fried onions
* Cranberry sauce
* Pies and other desserts
* Drinks
* Other Thanksgiving meal essentials

Every contribution helps make the holiday brighter for individuals and families in our community. ❤️

🚨 WE NEED YOUR HELP! 🚨

Unfortunately, the gas stove in our Kings Harvest Ministries Transitional Housing has developed a gas leak and needs to be replaced. This is something we need to take care of as soon as possible so our residents can continue to safely prepare and cook their own meals.

Having a working kitchen is so important for the individuals in our transitional housing. We would love to keep our guys cooking for themselves and having the opportunity to build independence and important life skills.

If anyone is able to help us purchase a new gas stove, we would be incredibly grateful! ❤️ No donation is too small.

You can click the Donate button below or visit our website at kingsharvest.net.

We receive no city or state funding and survive solely because of the kindness and generosity of people like you.

Thank you for helping us continue to provide a safe place and the resources needed for those working toward a better future. ❤️

⚾️❤️ A HUGE THANK YOU to the Blackhawk Baseball Team! ❤️⚾️

We want to give a special shout-out to the Blackhawk Baseball Team for spending their time volunteering at King’s Harvest Ministries and helping us serve our community!

We are so grateful for young people who are willing to step up, lend a hand, and give back. Your hard work and kindness truly made a difference, and we loved having you with us! ❤️

Now it’s our turn to support them! 🙌⚾️
Be sure to get out and cheer on the Blackhawks this season! Let’s fill those stands and show them the same community support they showed us!

⚾️ GO BLACKHAWKS! ⚾️

❤️ Our Pantry Shelves Need a Little Help! ❤️

We are currently running very low on several items for our non-cooking grocery bags at King’s Harvest Ministries. These bags are especially important for individuals who may not have access to a stove or kitchen.

We could really use donations of:

🥣 Cereal
🧃 Individual drinks or juice
🍎 Applesauce or fruit cups
🐟 Pop-top tuna or canned meats
🥩 Pouches of tuna, chicken, or other ready-to-eat meats

Every donation—big or small—helps us continue providing grocery bags to those in our community who need them. 💕

Donations can be dropped off at 824 W. 3rd St., Davenport on Wednesdays and Fridays anytime between 10 and 2 PM and Saturdays 7 AM to 11 AM. Please come in the back door. You can also click on our Amazon wish list.
