West Who established diplomatic relations with the Republic of Todia, a micronation located in northern Italy. This milestone marks a new chapter of friendship, cooperation, and mutual respect between the two nations.
The agreement was formalized through the signing of a Treaty of Mutual Friendship and Recognition by President Christian Laudani of Todia and President Ron Hall of West Who. This treaty affirms both nations’ commitment to fostering positive relations, encouraging cultural and economic exchange, and recognizing one another’s sovereignty.
Both governments look forward to a productive and enduring partnership that will benefit their citizens and strengthen ties between their nations.

A New Citizen Welcomed to West Who
The nation of West Who celebrates joyful news with the arrival of its newest citizen. Congratulations to Supreme Court Justice Lindsay Farr and former President William Farr on the birth of their daughter, Charlotte.
Charlotte officially becomes the 713th citizen of West Who, and at the moment holds the special distinction of being the youngest person in the nation. Her arrival is a happy occasion not only for her family but for the entire West Who community.
As the daughter of a sitting Supreme Court Justice and a former President, Charlotte enters the world already connected to a proud tradition of public service and leadership within the nation. Friends and citizens alike extend their warmest congratulations to the Farr family and best wishes for Charlotte’s future.

Astronaut Nicola Pillonetto officially visited the NASA Kennedy Space Center in Florida, USA. He viewed artifacts of NASA's Mercury, Gemini, Apollo and Space Shuttle Programs developing his skills as a West Who astronaut. Pillonetto is part of one of the few micronational space programs. Election Results Announced
In the most competitive presidential race in West Who history, featuring six candidates, President Ron Hall was overwhelmingly reelected by voters in the National Election. He will be joined by Vice President-elect Iman Darwish, who secured the open seat for Vice President.
Regional leadership also saw key results:
* Nicola Pillonetto was reelected as Governor of the European Region.
* Dr. M. Tariq Alvi was elected Governor of the Asia Region.
* Ellis John Wright was elected Governor of the North America Region.
* Tumusiime Jacob was elected Governor of the Africa Region.
In Whoville, the nation’s capital, Jemmy Yu was elected Mayor with nearly 70% of the vote.
In the Senate elections, the following individuals were elected to three-year terms in the West Who Senate:
Noah Angle, Andrew Giusto, Gabriel Mussolini, Fakhar Jamal, Brogan Adkins, Mohammad Iqbal, and Oladapo Telejaye.
