With regard to what's going on in our country concerning unrest, I am proposing that our Military immediately start training more Military Police Officers. The number will be determined but it will be significant. When our society breaks down, as it is showing signs of, we need more trained police officers on the ground and that will be in the form of Military Police.

I am and have been working on a new idea to improve the lives of all Americans.

The internet has been a source of nastiness, and this problem must be addressed.

Some on the internet have "net rage," which is a lot like "road rage." They get on the internet, relatively anonymous, and act like degenerates.

The solution might be to develop an "American Internet," which would be just like the "world wide web," but only U.S. Citizens 18 & older would be able to log on. By using double encrypted sign on credentials and fully registered IP addresses, all offenders/criminals could be held accountable for egregious online activity/behavior.
