MT 4th grade students took a trip to Washington Park to learn about invasive species, trees, and host plants. A big thank you to the teachers and school for bringing the students for outdoor learning. Also a big shout out to Great Oaks MT FFA, Division of Forestry, Corps of Engineers, Fayette County Extension, and the Miami Trace PTO parents who helped with the program. Also, we appreciate the City of WCH service Department for mulching all the honeysuckle the students pulled out of the park.
