Parents/Guardians, please read this important updated from the district on House Bill 2299 that goes into affect on July 1, 2026. If you have any questions, please reach out to the Front Office.

Beginning July 1, 2026, House Bill 2299 prohibits students from using personal electronic communication devices during the school day and requires that such devices be turned off and securely stored away from students while on school grounds. To support a focused and engaging learning environment, any phone brought to school will be safely collected upon arrival and returned at the end of the school day.

Eisenhower Students! If you did NOT get a Yearbook before you left for the summer your parents/guardian can stop by the office this week from 8:00am to 2:00pm to pick up your Yearbook! 8th grade Families! Check out this awesome event at Washington next week, especially if your student is interested in athletics next school year.

Today our student body had the opportunity to celebrate Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month with an assembly highlighting the many AAPI cultures at Eisenhower! This assembly was completing student led!! Shout out to Ms. Oo and Ms. Wieser for making sure all the students had the opportunity to highlight their culture.

We love celebrating our students' success!!! These seven students received an award for Excellence in Education for demonstrating excellence in academic performance, citizenship, positive behavior, attendance, or community recognition in the Kansas City, Kansas Public Schools (USD 500) during the 2025-2026 school year. Way to go, Eagles!
