That’s a wrap on the 2025-2026 regular school year!

Thank you to our students, families, teachers, staff, and community for helping make this year a great one at Pigeon Forge Junior High. We are proud of the hard work, growth, memories, and Tiger pride shown throughout the year.

For our students attending summer school, we will see you on Monday. For everyone else, we hope you have a safe, fun, and restful summer!

As we move into summer break, we want to make sure families are aware of available summer food resources in our area.

Please see the attached flyers for grocery assistance, free meal locations, and Boys & Girls Club summer food options. Be sure to check each flyer carefully for locations, dates, times, and any requirements.

PFJH Grade Card Pickup will be this Friday, May 29, from 7:00 to 11:00 AM.

Grade cards will be available for pickup in the school lobby. If your student has medication in the nurse’s office, please make sure to pick it up from Nurse Emily that day as well.

If you are unable to come on Friday morning, grade cards may also be picked up over the summer during regular school business hours.

Reminder: Pigeon Forge Junior High will be closed tomorrow, Monday, May 25, in observance of Memorial Day.

We hope everyone enjoys a safe long weekend as we take time to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

Students will return Tuesday, May 26.

It’s the last week of school, Tigers!

Reminder: No school on Monday for Memorial Day. This short week includes PBIS Rewards, 9th Non-EOC Finals, Makeup Exams, and grade-level awards.

If your student is receiving an award, you will receive a ParentSquare message. Students receiving awards were also sent home with a flyer.

Friday is Grade Card Pickup Day, and there will be no school for students.

PFJH is proud to recognize Peyton Barger and Max Posey as they get ready to compete at the State Championship on May 29-30!

Peyton and Max are currently sitting 13th in Tennessee Bass Nation and 6th in the B.A.I.T. High School & Youth Trail. What an awesome accomplishment for these two young men as they represent our school on the water.

With the school year winding down and a short week coming up next week, we wanted to make sure we took time to celebrate them before they head to state.

Tigers win Game 1 of TSSAA State Tournament. Will play Milan in the winners bracket tomorrow at 12:30 CT. Go Tigers!!

Please note that the B&G Club will be closed on Monday, May 25, in observance of Memorial Day. They will also be closed Tuesday, May 26, through Friday, May 29, as they prepare for our upcoming summer program.

Staff members will still be available at Club locations from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. during that week for any families who need to complete summer registration.

Summer programming at the Boys & Girls Club will officially begin on Monday, June 1, 2026, and will operate from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

This week includes Accelerated Math Placement Exams, Academic Field Day, Special Olympics at SCHS, and our PFI 6th Grade tour as we welcome future 7th graders to PFJH.

PFJH Girls SOC Spring Practice continues, and PFJH WR Spring Practice takes place Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday for one week only.

Good luck to PFHS TF at State on Tuesday and PFHS BB as they begin State Tournament play Tuesday with the chance to continue through Friday.
