Thank you, MissionsFilled - Outreach Support. The Community Champion Volunteer Fair was such a fun event and a great way to share our message and the need for Court Appointed Special Advocate Volunteers.

🎃 Junior Board Costume Drive Announcement
Dear Post Oak Families,

We are excited to share that our Junior Board Costume Drive is here to help make sure our students have a costume to enjoy this season! 👻

Families who need a costume are welcome to stop by this week Monday(10-26), Tuesday(10-27), Wednesday(10-28), and Thursday(10-29) 4:00–5:00 PM to pick one up. Costumes will be available at the Junior Board Tables (set up by the main office).

To make the process as easy and quick as possible, costumes will be packaged, sized, and sorted for families to browse and select from.

If your family is unable to stop by after school during these hours, please contact the front office or Mr. Reed, and we will try our best to help your student find a costume during the school day.

Please note that costumes are limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis until they are gone. Any remaining costumes will be donated to a local charity or saved for use in our theater program.

A huge THANK YOU to all the Post Oak families who generously donated costumes and helped make this initiative possible, we have over 100 total costumes!!! With a very special thanks to the Eaton family and The CASA for Kids for their generosity and support! ❤️

Thank you Michigan CASA for another wonderful state conference! It is so energizing to be in the room together focused on our shared mission, learning together, and making a difference for kids in our communities.

We have so many incredible interns elevating our work this semester! Brianna has been working with Rachel to create the framework for our new 3-5 year strategic plan. Today we got to host her in person for the first time at the ! She even joined ATHENA WIN for a mixer tonight. Thank you for helping us grow sustainably 📝🥰

We had so much fun today at our quarterly staff summit 🎃 lots of spooky treats, sharing our impact, strengthening our mission, and a very funny drawing game to test our communication 😄

Thank you, Girl Scouts Heart of Michigan, DeWitt Daisy Troop 30682, for your incredibly thoughtful Halloween costume donations to give to kids who need them! 🎃

It was so fun to have you join us at the Nonprofit Hub, and it's important to have conversations. Together, we learned more about youth in foster care, understanding safety, identifying safe adults, and the difference between secrets and surprises. 🩵

We will see you tonight at the Trunk or Treat at Big Boy of St. Johns! 🎃
