Did you know that you do not need to be an architect, registered interior designer, or residential designer to provide as-built drawings? “As-built” drawings are a picture of what already exists and are not regulated by NRS 623.

What if I want to use a DBA (Doing Business As) or FFN (Fictitious Firm Name) instead of the legal name of my business?

First, make sure your business is licensed through the Nevada Secretary of State. Once you have your State Business License, you can register your DBA or FFN is with any Nevada County Clerk. Please provide any DBA/FFN documentation when applying for firm approval or registration with the board.
