Tomorrow at 1PM — Join the FY 26–27 Community Grants (CG) Program’s first‑quarter workshop: https://www.miamidadearts.org/community-grants-cg-program

First‑quarter projects must take place between October 1 and December 31, 2026. The CG Program supports nonprofit organizations presenting dance, theater, music, visual arts, festivals, parades, and other culturally enriching programs for our community. First‑time applicants are required to attend a pre‑grant application workshop.

Miami Emerging Arts Leaders presents a workshop on building solid foundations, strengthening development strategies, planning for succession, and preparing your organization for the future. Hear directly from local leaders who have strengthened their institutions and led successful leadership transitions.
The session will be held at the Koubek Center, located at 2705 SW 3rd Street in Miami, FL 33135, and will be led by moderator Ashlee K. Thomas, Interim Director of the Miami‑Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs. Featured panelists include Rosie Gordon‑Wallace of Diaspora Vibe Cultural Arts Incubator, Sammy Gonzalez Zeira of Young Musicians Unite, and Ruth Wiesen of Armour Dance Theatre.
