💇🏽‍♀️💖 Career Day Fun in 2nd & 3rd Grade! ✨💼

About a month ago, our 2nd and 3rd graders had the pleasure of welcoming Jaussunn Beard to our classroom for Career Day! 💕

Jaussunn, a cosmetologist and entrepreneur, stopped by to share her experiences in the beauty industry and teach our students about entrepreneurship! 💇🏽‍♀️💅🏽 She helped our kiddos understand what it means to own a business, work hard, and turn something you’re passionate about into a career!

Our students enjoyed learning about the world of cosmetology and discovering that they can one day become business owners themselves! 💼✨

It’s never too early to expose our children to different careers, encourage entrepreneurship, and show them that their dreams can become a reality! ❤️

A huge thank you to Jaussunn Beard for taking time out of her busy schedule to pour into our babies and inspire our future leaders and business owners! ❤️👏🏽

🦷🪥 Career Day Fun in 2nd & 3rd Grade! 👩‍⚕️✨

Last month, our 2nd and 3rd graders had the pleasure of welcoming Dr. Barrett-Johnson to our classroom to teach our students all about life as a dentist! 🦷💕

Dr. Barrett-Johnson shared what it’s like to work in the dental field and the importance of taking care of our teeth! She even gave our kiddos the opportunity to get hands-on experience exploring teeth and learning more about dental care! 🪥😁

Our students had so much fun learning, exploring, and asking questions! Who knows? We may have some future dentists in the making! 🦷✨

It’s never too early to expose our children to different careers and show them all the possibilities their futures can hold! ❤️

👩‍⚕️🩺 Career Day Fun in 2nd & 3rd Grade! 💕👶

Our 2nd and 3rd graders had another special visitor today! We were excited to welcome RN Tara Satterwhite, who stopped by to share what life is like as a labor and delivery nurse! 🏥💗

She gave our students a glimpse into the important role nurses play in caring for moms and welcoming babies into the world! 👶🍼 Our kiddos enjoyed hearing about her career, learning new things, and asking lots of questions!

It’s never too early to expose our children to different careers and inspire them to dream big! ❤️✨

A huge thank you to RN Tara Satterwhite for taking time out of her day to share her knowledge and inspire our future nurses and healthcare heroes! 👩‍⚕️👏💕

⚖️👩‍⚖️ Career Day Fun in 2nd & 3rd Grade! 📚✨

Our 2nd and 3rd graders had a special visitor today! We were excited to welcome the Honorable Judge Green, who stopped by to teach our students all about the life of a judge and what it’s like to work in a courtroom! ⚖️

The Honorable Judge Green brought a law book for the students to explore, surprised them with mini gavels, and even gave them the opportunity to role-play a courtroom case using a library book as evidence! 📖🔨😂

Our students had so much fun learning, asking questions, and getting a little taste of what it’s like to be a judge!

It’s never too early to expose our children to different careers and show them all the possibilities their futures can hold! ❤️✨
