Did you know drum circles can support autistic people many ways?

Rhythm and movement can help reduce stress, support sensory regulation, build confidence, encourage self-expression, and create connection without pressure. Drum circles offer a welcoming space to participate, communicate, and simply be yourself.

Drum Nexus has upcoming FREE community drumming events around the Pittsburgh area.

The Variety office has started looking like an art gallery thanks to the generous individuals who've donated artwork for the Art Show of Firsts hosted by our friends at Three Rivers Community Care. Whether you're interested in participating in your first art show or purchasing your first piece of original art this event has something for everyone!

Support Group: Caring for Loved Ones with High Support Needs Challenges and Successes as the Weather Warms

"Seasonal change and the end of the school year affects our kids differently. No school, more downtime, hot weather and family vacations can all present both a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle but also present challenges as summer may come with more downtime and more schedule changes."
