Today, the Rayne Frog Festival Committee pauses to remember and pay tribute to Lt. Allen “Noochie” Joseph Credeur, Jr. on the one-year anniversary of his passing.

An integral part of our city and our festival, his unwavering service and dedication to the City of Rayne played a vital role in the safety of the Rayne Frog Festival. We continue to honor his legacy and remain grateful for his service to our community.

Our thoughts are with his family and with his brothers and sisters in blue at the Rayne Police Department. 💚

PAINT THE TOWN GREEN is back for 2026 💚🐸

The Rayne Frog Festival is calling on local businesses and schools to bring the spirit to life across our city. From storefronts to classrooms, it is your chance to go all out and show what Frog Festival pride looks like.

Registration is now open for our annual decorating contest. Gather your team, get creative, and help turn Rayne green during festival week, May 3-9.

🗓 Deadline to enter: Wednesday, May 6, 2026
🏆 Judging: Thursday, May 7, 2026
📍 Rayne, Louisiana

Winners will be recognized during Opening Ceremonies on Friday night at 5:30 on Main Stage!
