Shared Living is about creating a real home environment where someone can belong, build independence, and be part of a community. N4 provides training, guidance, and ongoing support along the way.

Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Shannon has called Northern Nevada home for nearly 30 years. With a Bachelor’s degree in Social Welfare and a Master’s degree in Social Work, she has dedicated her career to supporting children, youth, families, and individuals through meaningful, community-based services.

Shannon brings experience across the nonprofit, private, and public sectors, always focused on expanding access to high-quality care and resources that promote well-being for diverse populations.

Outside of work, Shannon enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, exploring Reno’s hiking trails, and adventuring with her dogs. 🐾
