Big thanks to the hardworking volunteers from the Jewish Community Federation of Richmond!

We worked with them to schedule a Sunday construction day and are planning to have future Sunday construction shifts to accommodate others who prefer that option!

"Every time I volunteer I experience something new; it feels like each day that I show up is an opportunity to grow as a person. I have no doubt I will remember the people I've met, and the things they've taught me, for the rest of my life."

Thank you, Will!

Join us in celebrating our amazing volunteers!

"What I like about working with Habitat is that I get to use skills I have acquired over decades and feeling useful after retirement.  I also enjoy working with the Habitat employees who are very patient and understanding.  I also enjoy working with the many volunteers who share their time, knowledge and experience willingly.  Even those who have never done construction before show up and are full of enthusiasm and do whatever is needed.  It is a great team effort and we leave at the end of a day seeing results of our labors."
