Please join us in welcoming Jonathan Christman to the Seguin Early Childhood Center family!

Mr. Christman joins us from Terrell Elementary, where he served as a dedicated 1st grade teacher. He brings a strong foundation in early childhood instruction, a passion for supporting young learners, and a commitment to building positive relationships with students and staff.

We are excited to have him join our team and look forward to the impact he will make on our campus. Welcome, Mr. Christman!

We are thrilled to welcome our new Assistant Principal, Mr. Thomas Avinger, to the Seguin Early Childhood Center family!

Mr. Avinger joins us from Foster High School, bringing with him a wealth of experience, a passion for student success, and a strong commitment to building positive relationships with staff, students, and families. In addition to his leadership skills, he is also a talented artist, and we are excited to see how his creativity will inspire our campus community.

At Seguin ECC, we believe in nurturing the whole child, and we know Mr. Avinger’s dedication, creativity, and heart for education will be a wonderful addition to our team. We are confident that his leadership will support our continued growth and excellence in serving our youngest learners.

As the Sun sets at Seguin Early Childhood Center, we bid a fond farewell to our beloved counselor, Anessa Freeman, and our remarkable Assistant Principal, Ram Estrada, whose dedication has left an indelible mark on the young minds they've nurtured. Their legacy of love, learning, and excellence will forever inspire us. We will deeply miss their presence, but their impact will continue to uplift and motivate us all. We wish them continued success and happiness, knowing they will always be part of our Seguin family. Success is not just a goal, it's a standard, and we say it with pride: Success, nothing less! ❤️

In December, we had the opportunity to celebrate our AMAZING Administrative Assistant, Trinidad Zamora as she retired! We had a special reception in her honor.
She spent the majority of her career at the Seguin ECC campus, and her dedication, warmth, and commitment made such a difference for our students, staff, and families. She is truly missed, but the impact she made here will last for years to come!
We are so grateful for all of the years that she gave to our campus and Lamar CISD!
As we finish out this school year, we wish her a happy, relaxing, and well-deserved retirement (with lots of cruising)! We hope this next chapter is filled with peace, joy, and new adventures!

We celebrated our AWESOME principal, Mrs. Rainer on Principal Appreciation Day! We are blessed to have such a fun, kind-hearted, dedicated leader at Seguin!
