It was a soggy day on the course yesterday at Victor Hills Golf Course for Farley's Friends golf tournament fundraiser but nothing could dampen our spirits as we hit the links with our friends to support four great organizations (shout out to Farley's Friends, The Healing Connection, and Finger Lakes Regional Burn Association).

Thank you to all who came out and braved the rain to support us and everyone else who contributed in their own way!

Join us TONIGHT for a high-energy evening of Drag Bingo featuring the one and only Aggy Dune, full of laughter, entertainment, and community spirit.

A portion of every ticket sold will benefit Charles Settlement House and The Community Place, supporting our ongoing work to strengthen individuals and families across Rochester.

Guests can look forward to five rounds of bingo, raffle opportunities for prize baskets, and plenty of fun throughout the evening. Tickets are $30 and include bingo cards and a dauber.

Maintenance Technician

The mission of the prevention program is to: reduce the prevalence, delay the initiation, and prevent the escalation, of substance use/abuse and problem gambling amongst adolescents in Monroe County.

Our mission is carried out by a team of professionals who utilize culturally competent evidence-based programming and practices to promote activities that lead to a healthy lifestyle.

• Drug prevention and problem gambling information
• Psycho-educational groups
• Counseling
• Brief intervention
For adolescents who require a higher level of care, referral and support services are provided. The prevention program has bi-lingual counselors available.

It has been another busy but fun week here at Community Place! As we wind down the year from After School (Summer Camp starting soon!) we had a little party - fun and games, burgers and ice cream, and music and dance! Thank you to all of the parents, kids, and After School educators who made this school year so special!

We had an amazing time last night at the Sheffield Tavern raising some funds for our programs! Thank you Joe for being a fantastic host as always and a shout out to all our guest bartenders Carly and Kyle, Kelly and Vincent, Rick and Scott!

It was a great night and we were thankful to set the stage for a legendary comeback by the Knicks!

Yesterday we announced the retirement of our CEO Scott Benjamin. Today, he is auditioning for his retirement job as he steps behind the bar at The Sheffield for TAP INTO GIVING! Come on down and get here soon - his shift starts at 6:30 PM!
