💙 May is Mental Health Awareness Month 💚
Mental health affects us all, and no one should feel alone in their journey.
At Hope Cooperative, we believe that support, compassion, and connection can make a powerful difference. Whether it’s reaching out to a friend, taking time to care for yourself, or asking for help when you need it, every step toward mental wellness matters.
This month, let’s continue to:
✨ Normalize conversations about mental health
✨ Support one another with kindness
✨ Encourage healing without judgment
✨ Remind people that hope is always possible
You are not alone. 🙂

Wearing green today in support of Mental Health Awareness Month 💚
At Hope Cooperative, we believe mental health matters and that healing, connection, and hope should be accessible to everyone in our community.
Today our team proudly wore green to help raise awareness, reduce stigma, and stand together for mental wellness. Because no one should have to struggle alone.

What a meaningful week for Hope Cooperative.
This week, we celebrated 45 years of housing, healing, and hope, experienced the incredible generosity of our community during Big Day of Giving, and closed the week honored to receive the Transformative Racial & Social Justice Champion of the Year Award from the Sacramento Housing Alliance for Renewed Hope.
These milestones reflect the compassion of our supporters, the dedication of our staff, and the impact we can make when a community comes together in support of people and possibility.
We are deeply grateful to everyone who donated, partnered with us, advocated alongside us, and continues to believe in our mission.
Thank you for helping us build pathways, strengthen communities, and transform lives now and for the future.
