Hope Cooperative recognizes Juneteenth, a day that commemorates June 19, 1865, when enslaved African Americans in Texas learned of their freedom, marking the effective end of slavery in the United States.

Juneteenth is an opportunity to reflect on our shared history, honor the resilience and contributions of Black Americans, and recommit ourselves to building communities rooted in equity, dignity, and opportunity for all.

This year, we invite our community to celebrate by supporting local Black-owned businesses, participating in community events, and taking time to learn about the history and significance of Juneteenth. ❤️🖤💚

We've had some adorable visitors at our CORE X Street Wellness Center lately! 🐾

We truly recognize that pets are family. That's why you never have to choose between joining us for a group session and a warm meal, or having your babies safe and by your side. ❤️

Hope Cooperative had a wonderful time participating in Sacramento Pride 2026!

Pride is a celebration of the strength, resilience, and contributions of the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as a reminder of the importance of fostering inclusive and welcoming spaces for all.

We are grateful for everyone who visited our booth, connected with our team, and helped make the event such a positive experience. Community events like Sacramento Pride provide valuable opportunities to build relationships, share resources, and demonstrate our commitment to supporting individuals from all backgrounds.

Thank you to the organizers, volunteers, community partners, and attendees who made this year's event such a success. We look forward to continuing to support and celebrate our LGBTQIA+ community throughout the year.

Wearing green today in support of Mental Health Awareness Month 💚

At Hope Cooperative, we believe mental health matters and that healing, connection, and hope should be accessible to everyone in our community.

Today our team proudly wore green to help raise awareness, reduce stigma, and stand together for mental wellness. Because no one should have to struggle alone.

Last night, Hope Cooperative and one of our incredible team members, Latesha Pierce, were recognized at the Deeper Cuts Mental Health Impact Awards.

We are grateful for the opportunity to continue supporting healing, hope, and community wellness every day. Thank you to our staff, partners, and community members who make this work possible.
