Here's your reminder for WSW Support Groups happening in November!🍂

Please note that Easton and Salisbury Support Group both return this month, with Salisbury having a guest speaker from Aquacare Physical Therapy. Thanks to Aquacare for always being willing to come speak at our groups and support local Survivors❣️

All other groups are scheduled to meet as usual this month. For any questions or concerns, please contact the WSW Office at 410-548-7880.

💗 SIGNATURES GOES PINK RAISES OVER $7,000 FOR WSW! 💗

Still feeling the love from this year's Signatures Goes Pink! On October 5th, our friends in Selbyville came together for a night of raffles, music, pink outfits, and plenty of fun, all in support of Women Supporting Women. And together, they raised over $7,000 for local breast cancer Survivors!

We truly cannot say THANK YOU enough to Molly Thomas for making this happen. As a third-generation breast cancer Survivor, Molly's dedication to WSW and the people we serve is something special. For one person to bring a community together and raise this much support for Survivors is nothing short of astounding. We cannot thank you enough for everything you do for WSW!

Thank you to the B-Siders of Delaware for an excellent evening of music and to everyone who attended our little pink party, donated raffle prizes, purchased tickets, made donations, or volunteered throughout the evening. Every contribution helped make this success possible, and we're so thankful for everyone who played a part!

This is what community support looks like, and we're so lucky to be surrounded by people like you 💗👏

📣 TODAY is WSW's 25th Annual Walk for Awareness!!! 🤩👟🎉

It's finally time to lace up those sneakers and WALK!! We'll see everyone at The Centre at Salisbury at 9 AM for day of registration and check-in.

If you weren't able to pick up your T-shirt, we'll have them ready for you at the Walk. No worries if you didn't have the chance to register for the Walk in advance, just show up at the food court between 9:00 and 10:00 AM to do day-of registration. Those who need to register on the 24th will fill out their waiver at the table located at the back of the food court and then will pay for their registration at the table directly beyond that. Those who have registered in advance will move to the tables beyond day-of registration to check in and receive T-shirts if not already picked up. We'll see everyone soon!

Walk for Awareness Itinerary:
✅ 9:00 am - 10:00 am: Registration and check-in
👥 9:00 am - 10:10 am: Individual & team photos, face painting, breakfast available for purchase, vendor visitation
📸 10:15: Survivor group photo
🎤 10:15 am - 10:20 am: Announcements & national anthem
💃 10:20 am - 10:25 am: Warm-up
👟 10:30 am: Walk begins
🏆 12:00 pm: Awards Ceremony

📣 WALK T-SHIRTS ARE READY FOR PICK UP!

If you registered for the 25th Annual Walk for Awareness before October 2nd at 3 PM, your Walk T-shirt is ready at the WSW Office for pick up! The office will be open today, tomorrow, and Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM to accommodate pick ups. Questions or concerns? Call the WSW Office at 410-548-7880.

We are officially ONE WEEK AWAY from WSW’s 25th Annual Walk for Awareness, and we couldn’t be more excited! 🎉

As we get ready to celebrate 25 years of walking alongside breast cancer Survivors, we want to take a moment to give a HUGE THANK YOU to the incredible businesses and sponsors who have helped make this milestone possible. Your generosity helps WSW continue providing FREE resources, services, and programs to local Survivors and their loved ones. We truly couldn’t do this without you! 🩷👏

With just one week to go, there’s still time to get those last fundraising dollars in! Whether you’re fundraising as a team or an individual, every dollar makes a difference in the lives of the Survivors we serve. Let’s finish strong and make this anniversary Walk one to remember! 💪💗

📣 A quick note on T-shirts, stay tuned to WSW's social media pages and your inbox next week for T-shirt pick up for individuals and teams who registered before October 2nd at 3 PM! Team Captains will be called and asked to pick up T-shirts from the WSW Office prior to the day of event, to allow for registration and check-in to flow more smoothly.

💗 PLAY FOR A PURPOSE MADE A BIG IMPACT! 💗

We’re so excited to share that Play for a Purpose at Dill Dinkers - Salisbury, MD raised over $9,000 for Women Supporting Women! This two-day pickleball tournament brought together 110 players across 55 teams for a weekend full of friendly competition, fun, raffles, silent auctions, and most importantly, a whole lot of support for local breast cancer Survivors 👏

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who played, attended, donated, and/or participated in the raffles and silent auctions. Your support truly made a difference! We also want to give a special thank you to the Dill Dinkers Pickleball Club team for being such wonderful hosts and for making everyone feel so welcome throughout the tournament.

And finally, the biggest thank you goes to Julie Guyer, who planned, organized, and put so much time and heart into making Play for a Purpose happen. Julie, we cannot thank you enough for choosing to support WSW and for putting together such an amazing event for our organization. This incredible total is a reflection of all the hard work you put into making this tournament a success, and we are so grateful! 🩷
