As we close the chapter on another incredible school year, I find myself reflecting with gratitude, pride, and joy.

Since beginning my career in education in 2005, I have had the privilege of serving students, families, and staff in many different capacities. Yet every school year teaches me something new, and this year was no exception. It was a year of tremendous professional growth, new challenges, meaningful learning, and opportunities to strengthen our Harris Middle School community.

Most importantly, it was a year filled with laughter, memorable moments, and a lot of fun along the journey. From celebrating student achievements and watching our Hawks soar, to supporting one another through challenges, I am reminded daily why I chose this profession more than two decades ago.

To our students: Thank you for your energy, resilience, and determination. You inspire us every day.

To our families: Thank you for your partnership, trust, and unwavering support.

To our faculty and staff: Thank you for your commitment to excellence and for pouring your hearts into our students each and every day.

As we head into summer, I hope everyone takes time to rest, recharge, and create lasting memories with loved ones. I am already looking forward to what the next school year will bring.
