π We are thrilled to announce that ElderHelp of San Diego has been selected as a 2026 Impact Giving grant recipient β receiving $15,000 to support Care Coordination and for San Diego seniors!
This funding will help us deliver safety projects through our Home Safety Maintenance program, nutrition support, and personalized care to 300+ older adults this year. Projects like grab bar installation, food deliveries, and friendly visits all add up to something powerful: dignity and independence for our seniors.
Thank you to Impact Giving and the entire Impact Giving community for believing in our mission and investing in San Diego's seniors. We are honored to be among this year's outstanding grant recipients alongside so many incredible organizations doing meaningful work.
