The Veteran and Military Spouse Talent Engagement Program (VMSTEP) provides outreach and employment readiness assistance to Veterans, transitioning Service members, eligible military spouses, and survivors. The VA for Vets website, www.vaforvets.va.gov, offers career resources that help Veterans launch or advance their civilian careers at VA. The site includes information about the federal hiring process, training videos, as well as deployment checklists for VA’s National Guard and Reserve employees.
