It's lurking in your kitchen and can cause BIG plumbing problems 🧈🍳
Fats, Oils, and Grease (FOG) and pipes do not mix. So far this year, CFPUA crews have cleaned out nearly 120 MILES of sewer mains to remove FOG, wipes, and other potential blockages. Keep things flowing - put FOG in the trash, where it belongs 🗑️

The scariest thing to a sewer system? So-called "flushable" wipes, which can clog pipes and lead to sewer spills 😱 Keep our community's sewers flowing by NEVER flushing :
🚫Wipes, even if they are labeled "flushable"
🚫Paper towels
🚫Q-Tips, cotton balls, and hygiene products
🚫Toilet scrubbers/wands
🚫Household trash
