Project Ironbark Planting Day Join forces with Council’s Bushcare team as we bring Grey Ironbarks back to Beverley Hills Park (Black Forest Reserve).

Calling all nature lovers! We're launching a new Bushcare group at Beverly Hills Park (Black Forest Reserve) and volunteers are invited to get involved.

Bushcare volunteers work alongside Council’s Bushcare Officers to restore native habitat, improve biodiversity and protect the bushland that makes Georges River special. It’s also a great way to meet like-minded neighbours and connect with your local community.

Yesterday Bushcare introduced eager participants of our bioblitz to iNaturist, with our special guest Thomas Mesaglio. Thomas explained the importance of citizen science and how anyone can become involved and collect data, you never know what you may find out there.

Big thank you to Thomas for imparting his extensive knowledge of our nature world to us.
