A Special Visit from the RSPCA! 🐶🐾

Our Kindergarten children were excited to welcome a special visitor from the RSPCA recently, along with her beautiful dog, Layla, for an engaging session on dog safety and responsible pet care. 🐕❤️

The children learned about how to safely approach dogs, understand their body language, and show kindness and respect towards pets. They also discovered what dogs need to stay healthy and happy, including nutritious food, exercise, training, and plenty of love and care.

Layla was a wonderful teacher 🐾, helping the children practise safe interactions and giving them a real-life opportunity to learn about caring for animals.

A big thank you to the RSPCA for sharing their knowledge and helping our children become confident, responsible, and compassionate animal friends. 🐾✨

Getting Ready for Big School! 📚🎒

Our Kindergarten 2 teachers have been busy setting up a school role play area in their learning environment as the children prepare for the exciting transition to school in January!

Through imaginative play, the children are exploring what a school day might look like, practising routines and building confidence for this important next step in their learning journey.

Adding to the excitement, tomorrow our Kindergarten 2 children will be visiting Kenmore South State School! We can't wait for them to explore the school environment, see classrooms in action, and continue building their confidence and enthusiasm for starting school next year.

We are so proud of how eager, capable, and excited our Kindy children are as they get ready for this wonderful milestone.

Water Safety Visit for Our Kindergarten Children 💦

On Tuesday our Kindergarten children were excited to welcome Elisabeth from Just Bellbowrie Pool for a special water safety talk! 🏊‍♀️☀️

The children enjoyed learning about important water safety practices. Through engaging discussions and activities, they explored ways to make safe choices around water and learned why these skills are so important, especially as we head into the warmer months.

A big thank you to Elisabeth for taking the time to visit our centre and share her knowledge with our children. We love providing opportunities for our children to learn valuable life skills in fun and meaningful ways.
