🐳 We are a registered Play On Learn to Swim school so if you are eligible, now’s a great time to claim your $150 towards swimming lessons for your 0-4yo.

✅ Simply apply on loan then contact us with your approved voucher handy & we do the rest!

🐳 Unfortunately the Play On vouchers for children from 5years cannot be accepted at any swim school (this is a Government directive). They can only be used at a swim club.

Ready, set, swim! 🏊

Our new Play On! Learn to Swim vouchers are now available for eligible families with children aged 0-4 years.

Worth up to $150, the vouchers help with the cost of swimming lessons with registered activity providers, helping little Queenslanders build important water safety skills from an early age.

To be eligible to apply, families must hold a valid Health Care or Concession Card, or have a referral by a registered referral agent.

💩 Nobody wants their child doing swimming lessons in pool water that contains poo particles but amazingly, not all swim schools see this as an issue. They think that wearing any swim nappy will be ok. But at SuperKids Aquatic, "Ok" isn't our standard! We want to be certain that your little swimmer isn't putting their face in water that is contaminated by someone else. 🤢

That's why we have a strict swim nappy policy. All swimmers in a parent/child class, regardless of toileting ability, MUST wear the 'Happy Nappy'. It's the only style we permit because we have found it to be the most reliable.

❌Disposable nappy's loose shape quickly and dont fit firmly once wet. (We've even seen them fall down to the 'plumbers crack' fitting as the parent moves the child through the water.

❌"Undie" style reusable nappys move away from the leg & crutch area as the child moves about, creating gaps for poo to escape.

❌Homemade swim nappy's just dont pass the test, even when trying to imitate the happy nappy style.

The 'Happy Nappy' is environmentally friendly, reliable and can be used over and over again. In fact, your child will grow out of it before they wear it out.

🌟 This was a win for our entire team who supported our vision. We were so excited to firstly be a finalist but to then take it a step further, walking away as winners was beyond our expectations!

.

Great customer service starts with having the courage to raise the standard.
Congratulations to SuperKids Aquatic Mackay (QLD), winners of the 2026 Customer Service & Brand Impact Award of Excellence in the Small Swim School category.

When Katie and Peter took over the former Paradise Swimming & Fitness facility in January 2025, they saw more than a swim school, they saw an opportunity to create an exceptional experience for every family from the very first day.

Rather than introducing changes gradually, they immediately implemented the proven SuperKids Aquatic model.

The result is a swim school built on consistency, professionalism and an outstanding customer experience, creating confidence not only in the water, but for every family who walks through the doors.

Congratulations to Katie, Peter and the entire SuperKids Aquatic Mackay team on this well deserved recognition. 👏

🐙 It’s that time again - mix it up week next week!

❓What is mix it up week you ask According to the kids, it’s lots of fun but according to us, it’s the same skills done a different way. It allows us to challenge the kids outside the structured lesson in a fun and engaging way.

We also thought we’d mix up one extra thing and run a competition to see which instructor creates the most fun! Stay tuned for details on how to nominate the instructor that looked like their lessons were the most fun so they can win a voucher.
