We still have a few spaces at our next block of Antenatal Peep beginning Thursday June 11th. The group will run for 3 weeks from 6:30PM-8PM at Rosemount Community Centre. This will be the last Antenatal Peep group until after summer so please book now if you are expecting a summer or very early Autumn baby! Birth in Grampian

💛 Supporting parents right from pregnancy
Did you know that pregnancy is a really important time for building the bond between parents and their baby?
Babies learn and develop best when they feel safe and secure — and that starts with strong, loving relationships. The good news is that these skills can be learned and developed, whether they come naturally or not.
Our Peep Antenatal Programme helps parents-to-be to:
✨ tune into their baby’s needs
✨ feel more confident
✨ build supportive connections with other parents
✨ understand how babies learn and develop
We also train practitioners to deliver this support in ways that feel relaxed, practical and meaningful for families.
One practitioner told us: “I found this really useful to learn how to deliver a perinatal programme that focuses in on key aspects and in a parent-friendly/ baby-friendly way."
