The ox-eye daisies are on the Nature Park logo. It's good to see their numbers increasing, and these foxgloves look good by the picnic area.😀

Thank you for not walking on the meadow to let the flowers bloom.

Well done to the working group volunteers who tidied up the edge of the picnic area. The woodland edge is marked with logs as guidance for the grass cutters and both grass and woods will recover eventually. 😀

The Nature Park will be closed tomorrow Thursday 9th April and Friday 10th for essential tree work. Apologies for this. It should be open late Friday afternoon.

This is the time of year when you can spot the Red Kites building their nests. As soon as the leaves come out, nests will be hidden.

The March winds have dealt their blows.(soon to be sorted out) now watch the April showers bring forth the meadow flowers for May.
