Duston Together is all about helping residents discover what is happening locally, try something new and get involved in free taster sessions taking place across August at Duston Community Centre and St Luke’s Centre.

We’re pleased to share our 6th confirmed FREE taster session for Duston Together 2026.

🚶 Nordic Walking with Space 2 Talk
📅 Wednesday 5th August
⏰ 10:30 – 11:30
📍 Starting from St Luke’s Centre, Duston

Nordic Walking is a low-impact, full-body exercise using specially designed poles to support both upper and lower body movement. It is suitable for all fitness levels and is a great way to stay active outdoors while improving posture, reducing joint strain and building confidence.

Space to Talk’s mission is to support people with their physical and mental health through walks and recreational activities that give people space to talk, access peer support, and connect with mental health resources.
