I had the honour of participating in the Post-Budget Webinar held on 9th March, organized by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, centered on the theme “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas – Fulfilling Aspirations of the People.”

The session was further enriched by the special address of our Honourable Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi ji , who shared the government’s vision for inclusive growth and strengthening India’s tourism sector.

Honourable Prime Minister emphasized that trained guides, hospitality skills, digital connectivity, and community participation are becoming the key pillars of India’s tourism & Healthcare industry. Along with these, cleanliness and sustainable practices will play an essential role in shaping the future of tourism.
He also highlighted that the government is focusing on developing tourist destinations across the country with a fresh vision, and encouraged stakeholders to contribute valuable suggestions to further strengthen India’s position as a leading global tourism destination.
Such initiatives inspire the travel and tourism industry to work collectively toward promoting India as a premier destination for travellers from around the world.

Attended FICCI Post–Budget National Executive Committee Meeting & Union Budget 2026–27 Conference

Honoured to attend the FICCI Post–Budget National Executive Committee Meeting today at FICCI, followed by the Conference on Union Budget 2026–2027, in my capacity as a FICCI National Executive Committee Member.

The discussions provided valuable insights into the Government of India’s fiscal vision, reform roadmap, and implementation priorities for sustainable and inclusive economic growth.

It was a truly enriching and insightful discussion. I was impressed by the students’ enthusiasm, clarity of thought, and keen interest in the tourism and hospitality sector. Such interactions strengthen the bridge between academia and industry.
