Malolos Population Welfare Division spearheaded the Philippine Population and Development Program and KATROPA (Kalalakihang Tapat sa Responsibilidad at Obligasyon sa Pamilya/Pamayanan) at the barangay level!

The activity aims to raise awareness on population and development issues as well as promoting responsible parenthood among men,and improve the overall quality of life of families and communities.

Conducted this June 2, 2026 at Brgy. Look 2nd, City of Malolos Bulacan.

Barangay Population Workers Monthly Meeting

The Barangay Population Workers' Monthly Meeting was successfully conducted on May 28, 2026, at the POPCOM Office, City Government of Malolos.

CPD III conducted a coaching and mentoring session for the local population officers and designates of the Province of Bulacan, Cities, and Municipalities on May 26, 2026 at Paombong, Bulacan.
The sessions primarily aimed to assess the progress in the implementation of the Philippine Population and Development Plan of Action (PPD-POA) 2023–2028, using the 2025 results of The Outstanding Population Structures as a benchmark, while also identifying gaps and challenges in the implementation of the Eight Core Strategies at the local level and supporting local government units (LGUs) in achieving optimal performance through the provision of guidance and capacity-building interventions to further strengthen the localization of the Plan.
