🎉🏆 Congratulations to JAGOBIAO NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL! 🏆🎉
With immense pride and heartfelt gratitude, we extend our warmest congratulations to Jagobiao National High School for being recognized by the CITY OF MANDAUE – CITY ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES as the TOP 1 Secondary School for Excellence in the Implementation and Integration of Solid Waste Management in the School’s Curriculum.
This prestigious recognition reflects the school’s unwavering commitment to environmental sustainability, resource conservation, and responsible stewardship of nature. Through the collective efforts of the school administrators, teachers, learners, parents, and stakeholders, JNHS has successfully transformed environmental awareness into meaningful action and lifelong learning.
More than a compliance-driven initiative, Jagobiao National High School envisions the school itself as a living laboratory for the implementation of learning—where students do not only study environmental concepts inside the classroom, but also practice and experience them in real-life situations. It is our hope to continue and strengthen what we have started, inspiring future generations to become active partners in building a cleaner, greener, and more sustainable community.
This achievement would not have been possible without the guidance and inspiring leadership of Mrs. Armi Christine D. Borinaga, the School Principal, Schools Division Superintendent Dr. Bianito Dagatan, the steadfast support of SGOD Chief Dr. Adeline C. Luarez, CID Chief Dr. Jaime Ruelan, our very supportive PSDS Dr. Asuncion C. B***n, and the ever-supportive Barangay Captain of Jagobiao, Mrs. Marydith Merino. Your dedication and commitment to education and environmental advocacy continue to empower schools and communities alike.
Congratulations once again to the entire JNHS family for this remarkable accomplishment! May this recognition fuel greater passion and stronger initiatives toward environmental excellence and transformative education.
