The role focuses on producing visual and video content for campaigns, events, and information dissemination. On the administrative side, the role involves assisting in documentation, organizing multimedia resources, and coordinating with the team to ensure consistent and timely outputs.

Expected Outputs
• Quality graphic materials (infographics, posters, social media content) delivered on schedule.
• Well-edited video outputs for campaigns, events, and documentation.

Be part of the team modernizing agriculture through digital innovation! We are looking for passionate tech professionals to support the development of key information systems for the National Rice Program.

Open Positions:
1. Information System Analyst III (SG 19)*
Leads end-to-end systems development and implementation
Designs scalable databases and interoperable system architectures
Requirements: 2+ years experience | 8 hrs relevant training

2. Information Systems Analyst II (SG 16)*
Supports system design, QA, data mapping, and user capacity building
Assists in system implementation and documentation
Requirements: 1+ year experience | 4 hrs relevant training

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields
(Other degrees accepted with strong technical experience)
Proficient in web development (PHP/Laravel, React JS, JavaScript/TypeScript)
Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, etc.); NoSQL is a plus
Knowledge in API development/integration (REST, JSON/XML; OAuth is a plus)
Familiar with Git (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket)
With analytical thinking, good communication skills, and ability to work independently or in teams.

Additional (Role-Specific Advantage):
Programmer III: Strong experience in server administration and full-cycle system development.
ISA II: Exposure to QA testing, data mapping, and user support/training; knowledge in Java Spring Boot or Vue is a plus.
