The PSAI is the Philippines' sole scientific society of professionals committed to the promotion of the proper use of statistics.

The PSAI is a private non-stock and non-profit foundation organized on December 22, 1951 and registered and incorporated on September 24, 1952 with the Securities and Exchange Commission. It was also registered with the Department of Science and Technology on August 31, 1993 as a foundation for scientific advancement.

We are pleased to announce the 2026 PSAI Annual Conference, which will be held on October 19–21, 2026 in a hybrid format (onsite and online) at the UP School of Statistics, Diliman, Quezon City.

The conference aims to bring together statisticians, data scientists, economists, policymakers, researchers, educators, students, and other professionals to exchange ideas and share research that contributes to evidence-based decision-making and national development.

In Memoriam

It is with deep sadness that we learned of the passing of Ms. Nelia Marquez on 23 June 2026. Ms. Marquez was a valued active member and former President of the Philippine Statistical Association, Inc. (PSAI). Her contributions to the statistical profession and to the Association will be remembered with gratitude and respect.

Her remains lie in state at:
