The career orientation provided future college students with a clear and inspiring glimpse into the opportunities within the Business Administration program. Through engaging discussions and presentations, students were introduced to the diverse fields they can pursue, such as marketing 📈, finance 💰, human resource management 👥, and entrepreneurship.

Moreover, the orientation highlighted the real-world applications of the program, showing students how their knowledge can be used to create innovative solutions and even start their own businesses. Being a leader is never just about the title you hold. Leadership calls for reflection, accountability, and the courage to do what is right even when no one is watching.

Through this retreat, the officers of OBAM were given the opportunity to pause, reflect, and strengthen the values that shape true leadership.

Today, OBAM witnessed what it truly means to lead: leaders who listen, leaders who act with integrity, and leaders who are committed to serving others before themselves.
