Academic Competency and Entry Support System (ACCESS) Program is a joint initiative of the City Government of Taguig, Taguig City University (TCU), and the Department of Education – Taguig-Pateros.

Due to the recent fire incident that heavily damaged some parts of Barangay Sta. Ana, a special schedule of submission of requirements for affected scholarship applicants will be held on a later date..

This aims to give the displaced applicants enough time to recover and secure all the necessary documentary requirements for submission.
