นี่คือบทเรียนสำคัญจาก ICCA RoundTable – The Bid Bootcamp ที่ทีม ICCA Asia Pacific นำโดย Waikin Wong, Senior Regional Director Asia-Pacific จัดขึ้นสำหรับสมาชิก ICCA ในประเทศไทย

No one wins a bid alone.
A successful convention bid takes more than a compelling proposal. It takes people who understand each other's priorities and know how to bring their strengths together.
That was the key takeaway from ICCA RoundTable – The Bid Bootcamp, led by Waikin Wong, Senior Regional Director Asia-Pacific, and the ICCA Asia Pacific team for ICCA members in Thailand.
The session began with a drawing exercise. One person saw the original picture and recreated it for the next. With each handover, the picture changed, revealing how easily interpretations can differ and why shared understanding matters.
Participants then stepped into four roles: local host, government and convention bureau, venue, and PCO. Through a simulated international congress bid, they explored Thailand's strengths, stakeholder priorities, and potential risks, bringing different perspectives into one shared strategy.
For TCEB Conventions, this is what stronger bidding is built on: connecting people, expertise, and perspectives to strengthen Thailand's competitiveness as a host destination.
Because great bids are built together, long before they're won.
Thanks to ICCA Asia Pacific team, and all participating ICCA members for bringing valuable perspectives to the table.
