Representing industries including law, executive search, finance, professional sports, construction management, graphic design, data analytics, and nonprofit leadership, our board members bring diverse expertise and a shared commitment to service.

Together, they support The Salvation Army's mission through fundraising, volunteer engagement, community outreach, and leadership development throughout Chicagoland while helping to mobilize the next generation of leaders.

Back in November, Echelon MKE and our team came together at Wonderland Camp for a service day — and yesterday, we were excited to return and continue the work.

We spent the day removing invasive species to support a healthier ecosystem and prepare the camp for its upcoming season, building on the progress we made in November. The area we worked in this time wasn’t accessible before our initial efforts, making it especially rewarding to see the space restored and wildlife beginning to return.

Beyond the work itself, it was great to reconnect with the Milwaukee chapter and continue strengthening our shared commitment to service.

The Echelon Chicago Chapter was thrilled to join the 2025 Echelon Leaders Symposium held in The Salvation Army’s Western Territory. From the informative breakout sessions to the incredible keynote speakers, our group was grateful for every minute. We feel motivated to Do The Most Good back in the Windy City.
