Cleveland Department of Public Health (CDPH) is the local public health agency for the City of Cleveland.

Our mission is to promote and protect the well-being of residents, communities, and partners in the City of Cleveland. Formally established in 1910, the department is charged with improving the quality of life in the City of Cleveland by promoting healthy behavior, protecting the environment, preventing disease, and making the City a healthy place to live, work, and play. The Cleveland Department of Public Health is made of a range of programs providing clinical, environmental, health promotion, and population-based services. The department has an annual budget of $21 million and is staffed by 180 full- and part-time employees.

Tonight We Ride, LLC of Lakeville, Minnesota is voluntarily recalling all lots of Ultimate Forza Male Supplement capsules to the consumer level because it has been found to contain undeclared Sildenafil, Tadalafil, and Dapoxetine.

Consumers should stop using Ultimate Forza Male Supplement immediately. Consumers may return unopened or partially used product to a GNC store for a full refund.

Kayem Foods Inc., a Chelsea, Mass. establishment, is recalling approximately 1,584,361 pounds of ready-to-eat (RTE) meat and poultry products because they may have experienced temperature abuse during storage.
