I get to work with our education, counseling, tenant, and landlord programs, both behind the scenes as well as teaching and outreach within the community.

After my daughter was born, I knew I wanted to work for an organization that is making our community a safer and more gentle place for children. One Roof truly does this in our work to make home a better place for all the families we get to serve.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗮 𝗳𝘂𝗻 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂? ☀️
I love to spend time with my family on the trails in and around Duluth, skiing, biking, camping, backpacking, and walking our sweet border collie.

Today is World CLT Day, a global celebration of Community Land Trusts and the role they play in creating permanently affordable housing. 🌎🏠

At One Roof, our Community Land Trust helps make homeownership possible for families who might otherwise be priced out of the market, while ensuring homes remain affordable for the next generation. Homebuyers build equity, put down roots, and stay connected to the community, with the support and stability that comes from long-term stewardship from One Roof.

Across the world, communities are using this model to create lasting affordability, prevent displacement, and expand access to safe and stable homes. We’re proud to be part of that movement.

Last night's Annual Member Meeting & Celebration left us full of gratitude. 💙

There's something powerful about pausing together as homeowners, partners, supporters, and staff to look back at what we accomplished last year. Evictions prevented. Families becoming homeowners. Affordable housing developed in our community. It was great reminder of what we can build together.

Thank you to everyone who came out, and to all who support our mission. You are the reason we can do what we do.
