🌿💧 Conservation in Action in Yazoo County!

The Yazoo County Soil & Water Conservation District hosted a Project 319 Field Day at McCloskey Farm, highlighting conservation efforts in the Upper Piney Creek watershed!

Representatives from MSWCC, NRCS, MDEQ, and Yazoo County SWCD came together to review projects completed over the past three years and provide landowners with updates on project timelines and outcomes.

The field day was led by Larry Barnes, Yazoo County NRCS Technician, with MSWCC’s Chaz Ingram and our newest Field Representative, Danyen, joining in!

👏 A big thank you to everyone involved in making this field day a success and continuing the important work of protecting Mississippi’s natural resources!
