Day 4 — The final day of the Police Unity Tour — one we will never forget. 🇺🇸🚴♂️
On Tuesday afternoon, Team Lincoln proudly joined more than 2,500 cyclists and 200 motor officers for the final ride into the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial in Washington.
This year marked the 30th anniversary of the Police Unity Tour, making the experience even more meaningful. During the ceremonies, a $2.5 million check was presented to the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial, representing donations raised by Unity Tour riders and supporters from across the country.
After days of miles, sun, rain, wind, and determination, we rode together to honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty. The experience was emotional, humbling, and a powerful reminder that these heroes are never forgotten.
Thank you to everyone who supported Team Lincoln throughout this journey — especially our sponsors, supporters, families, and community.

Day 3 of the Police Unity Tour! 🚴♂️🇺🇸
83 tough miles met us with rain, wind, and cold temperatures — but Team Lincoln pushed through and made it happen. Every mile ridden is in honor of the brave officers who gave their lives in the line of duty and for the families who continue to carry their memory forward.
Tomorrow is the final ride into the memorial in Washington DC.

Team Lincoln PD is less than two weeks away from the Police Unity Tour—a 300-mile ride honoring our fallen heroes. 💙🚴♂️
Last Friday, our team had the privilege of joining the Sac Sheriff PUT team, along with riders from Rocklin and Folsom PDs, for a 70-mile training ride. Along the way, we stopped at numerous memorial sites to place blue flowers in remembrance of local deputies and officers who gave their lives in the line of duty.
Thank you to Team Sac Sheriff for organizing such a meaningful and powerful ride. Your dedication to honoring the fallen continues to inspire us all.

🚴♂️Team Lincoln PD - Police Unity Tour🚴♀️
We’re officially less than 30 days from wheels-up for our 300-mile bike ride with the Police Unity Tour. Since September, our team has been putting in the miles and hard work to prepare for this incredible journey.
This ride honors the fallen and supports their families. Each member rides for one or more fallen officers and carries their name with them on the tour.
We’re still actively looking for sponsorships and donations to help us reach our goal. Every bit of support makes a difference and helps carry us forward, mile by mile.

Not only is Janelle a great Property and Evidence Tech, she’s LPOA’s Secretary on our board. Thank you for the great work Janelle!
It's National Property and Evidence Professionals Week! We want to give a special shout-out to Lincoln Police Department's Property & Evidence Technician, Janelle Gurnee.
For the past four years, Janelle has been an essential part of our team, ensuring property and evidence are handled with accuracy, organization, and attention to detail. Her knowledge, professionalism, and dedication help keep our operations running smoothly and support the work our officers do every day.
We’re incredibly lucky to have her as part of our team.... and fun fact, Janelle is also our department's Crime Scene Investigator!
Thank you, Janelle, for the outstanding work you do every day!
