We are thrilled to announce our 2026 EmpowHer Securing Our Futures Grantees!
Our Youth Advisory Board was incredibly impressed by all of the organizations that applied, making this our toughest deliberation ever. And we are so excited about the five organizations that were selected to receive a grant this year. Each grantee will receive a $5,000 mini-grant to support programs dedicated to preparing youth for their futures.

We would also like to extend a sincere thank you to the Frieda C. Fox Foundation for funding our work to prepare EmpowHer girls for future careers in philanthropy.

Self-care, but make it sweet! Our May team wellness activity was a cookie decorating class. It was a great opportunity for the team to unwind and express their creativity. What did you do to center your self-care this month? Share with us in the comments.

Mental health matters, not just in crisis moments, but in the quiet shifts we often overlook. EmpowHer Institute is committed to shedding light on the real challenges young people face and creating spaces where those experiences are understood, not dismissed. May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and we’re focusing on early recognition, such as learning the signs, increasing awareness, and equipping our community with the knowledge to support teens before their struggles become crises. Every young person deserves to be seen, validated, and connected to care. Swipe right to learn more!

100% of our high school seniors have been accepted to college! Help EmpowHer provide all of them with a scholarship. Your donation today will make a meaningful impact in the lives of our young scholars as they pursue their academic dreams. For most, they are the first in their family to take this step, and with your support, they do not have to do it alone.

We are $9,000 short of reaching our goal. Please make a contribution at EmpowHer.org/donate
