Yamhill County offices will be closed on Monday, May 25, 2026, in observance of Memorial Day. We will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, May 26th.

Thank you Clerk Hinton, for launching the new Election Ballot Return Dashboard for the May 19, 2026 Primary Election. Our office has received a tremendous amount of positive feedback for launching this informative tool that provides real-time data. If you would like to continue to stay up-to-date on post election activity please visit the dashboard here: https://yamhillcounty.gov/1547/Election-Dashboard The dashboard will continue to be updated as viable postmarked ballots are processed through May 26th and ballots are cured through June 9th.
Reminder if you received correspondence in the mail that looks like the picture below we need your response! All challenged signatures and ballots that were not signed have been sent correspondence to notify the voter we need you to resolve "cure" your signature. Please respond by June 9th at 5:00 p.m. in order for your ballot to be counted!

It's not too late to vote the office is open until 8:00 p.m. We are ready and waiting to answer questions and make sure your vote gets counted!
