Workers’ compensation subrogation is evolving, and this upcoming roundtable will cover some of the most important case law and statutory developments from the first three months of 2025.

The webinar will explore a growing area of third-party liability involving vehicle blind spot technology, and how the failure of trucking and truck rental companies to implement these safety systems may create new investigative opportunities in truck and van accident cases.

Meet the presenters and join us on June 9th from 2 - 3 PM ET:

Gregory McNamee, Partner at Devine Timoney Law Group, concentrates his practice in products liability and construction matters, with extensive experience representing workers’ compensation carriers in catastrophic subrogation litigation nationwide. Greg is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross and Boston College Law School and has been recognized multiple times as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer and Rising Star.

Luis Chiarelli is a product liability litigator focused on complex machinery defects, automotive defect cases, workplace safety incidents, and catastrophic job site injuries. His work includes early-stage investigations, expert coordination, and litigation involving industrial equipment, construction tools, and large-scale vehicle incidents.
